The customer service representative will contact you within 24 hours after registration. Please enter your cell number and WeChat ID when registering. Please set your WeChat status to searchable, so that our customer service representative can add you to our WeChat list to better serve you.
报名体验课后，您的专属课程规划老师会在24小时之内联系您。请注意留下您的手机号和微信号哦，在微信设置内设置允许搜索，并通过专属课程规划老师的好友申请，更好的为您预约和服务。

Can I schedule a time for the trial class? What equipment should I prepare for the trial class? For example: Laptop/iPad/headsets?
体验课可以指定时间吗？家里需要有什么设备，例如电脑/iPad/带麦的耳机？

Trial classes are offered during 17:00-20:00 PST. You can select any time within that time frame. Please prepare the following equipment for your child’s trial class: If using laptop or desktop: Mac or Windows 7 or newer Operating Systems. If using iPad: iPad Air2, iPad Pro, iPad mini 2 or newer models. iPad 5th generation or newer models. Please remember to provide your child with headsets.
体验课会在当地时间17:00-20:00的时间内，根据家长和孩子的空余时间来安排。需要为孩子准备上课设备：电脑（苹果电脑、xpWindows 7系统以上的操作系统）、iPadAir 2、iPad pro、iPad mini 2及以上 ，iPad 5th gen及以上均可，千万不要忘记准备上课耳机哦。

What are the things my child should be aware of before the trial class?
需要提前跟上体验课的小朋友沟通注意事项吗？有哪些注意事项？

Before the class, inform your child that he or she will meet new friends! Please maintain a quiet environment. Reduce foot traffic, talking, or phone calls around your child during the trial class. Please do not give your child food or toys during class.
提前和孩子沟通：让我们和新朋友一起来做游戏吧！创造安静的环境：避免他人频繁走动、说话、播放电视等干扰孩子的行为。不要给孩子食物和玩具：课程过程中尽量不要打扰孩子。

How long is the trial class? Do the parents need to accompany the child?
体验课的时长是多久？父母需要陪同吗？

The trial class will last around 25 minutes. Please accompany your child, but try not to appear in the camera as this might distract the other students. Accompanying your child will reduce your child’s anxiety in his or her first meeting with the new teacher and classmates.
体验课时长为25分钟。需要家长安静陪同，但不要出现在上课镜头内哦，这样可以减少孩子的焦虑感，让孩子感受到家长的爱与支持！

The trial class is free. You do not need to provide your credit card information.
