    • The academic foundation of the course is shown through the advanced innovation application of Chinese language teaching in the Chinese character ladder of literacy. The core principle is “Chinese Characters Six Scripts,” which is derived from the book, “Speaking and Solving” written by Han Xu Shen. The book is divided up into 540 character roots to explain the origin of 9353 Chinese characters. In addition, there are 1163 “heavy texts” (i.e. different characters) with a total of 10,516 words. It is the first Chinese book that analyzes Chinese characters and researches sources systematically. It is also considered to be one of the first dictionaries in the world.
